This coming 17-21 July 2019, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) will be celebrating the 2019 National Science and Technology Week (NSTW) at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.
The NSTW is conducted every year to highlight the growth of science and technology in the Philippines and its contributions to national development. With this year’s theme “Science for the People: Enabling Technologies for Sustainable Development”, the NSTW celebration aims to showcase the latest innovative products, technologies, and research of DOST Agencies and Regional Offices as means to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The exhibits will feature products and services under the areas of Food Security, Energy and Environment, Aging Society, Health and Medical Care, Science and Technology Human Resource Development, Equity and Growth in the Countryside, Sustainable Cities and Communities, Resilience and Innovation, and International Linkages. The exhibition may be viewed starting 17 – 21 July 2019, 9:00 – 6:00 pm. Admission is free and is open for everyone.
